Yeah, I miss Westwood. But hey, EA didn't do too bad a job on Red Alert 2 in my opinion. Never played Generals so I wouldn't know all to much about those games. Whatever, I'll probably go out and buy it, if nothing else I can live some old memories again.

Well the games went to baad after first C&C imo
Red Alert was decent, tho it was an exact copy of the original, even a lot of units were just copied from the old one and given new names.
Played Red Alert 2, think I completed it as well, but it just wasn't that cool anymoe. Nor was Tiberian Sun. Didn't even touch Generals or Renegade. That box would be nice, hope the couple of first games are fixed to work on new OS's.
Now, if they made Dune 2 with improved GUI without much heavier updates, and improved AI....

Westwood...why have you abandoned us?
i would really like to see another original C&C game. this little pack doesn't matter to me as i have every single game in there.....i was a rabid RTS fan back when WW was in full swing.
the original C&C was the most fun in my opinion. after that, there was Red Alert 1, which just felt like a carbon-copy of C&C with new colors and units. the funniest thing though, was the Giant Ants missions. those were really funny. reminscent of the Starship Troopers movies, if you ask me. Tiberian Sun was a fun game that really added to the RTS experience, but eventually it just dumbed down to "spam the most units in the least amount of time", like every other RTS i played. RA2 was no different, either. neither was Generals, come to think of it....
i think i'll download WC3...er, did i say download? i meant purchase

There were just too many funny ways to win in that game. I remember using the amphibious APC in Tiberian Sun to get a bunch of engineers in behind my brother's base and selling pretty much every building he had after capturing them.
